Does the Gift Card have an expiry date?

Expiry date of the prepaid Gift Card is indicated on the front of the card.

How to top up the plastic Gift Card:

1. Insert your bank card into the ATM and enter your PIN;
2. Select “Payments and prepaid cards”
3. Select “Load the prepaid card”;
4. You can top up using barcode or identification number. If you choose barcode, scan the barcode on the back of the Gift Card. If you choose identification number, type in the identification number on the back of the Gift Card.
5. Enter the amount to be loaded (from 50 to 15,000 RUB.).

Can I withdraw cash from the Gift Card?

Prepaid Gift Card can be used only for cashless payment. You can’t use the Gift Card to withdraw cash.

Are there any age restrictions?

This gift card can be given to other persons. The 14+ age restriction is only imposed if the card holder seeks to complete either a full or a simplified card verification.

What should I do if the Gift Card is not accepted for payment (for example, there is no holder name on it)?

You should present your passport and Gift Card to the seller. On the back of your Gift Card, you will find a white strip for signature. Sign it. When the seller will assure that passport and card signatures are the same, the seller will accept the card for payment.
